Spanish for Health Sciences (B1 Intermediate)
This course is for intermediate Spanish learners who want to improve their language skills in the medical field. You will learn the vocabulary and communication techniques that doctors, nurses, and patients use in healthcare settings. The course covers different medical specialties and focuses on the full communication process—from when a patient describes their symptoms to when a healthcare professional gives a diagnosis and treatment plan. During the course, you will practice important sentence structures and key words that are essential for clear communication in healthcare. The goal is to help you feel confident using Spanish in medical situations, whether you're talking to patients or other professionals. You will also learn about the cultural differences and communication styles that are important in Spanish-speaking healthcare environments, so you can handle real-life situations better.
