Asian American & Pacific Islander Heritage Month - Barcelona SAE Blog

Written by Barcelona SAE | May 1, 2021 12:00:15 PM

May is Asian Pacific American (AAPI) Heritage Month – a celebration of Asians and Pacific Islanders in the United States.

Barcelona SAE welcomes, supports and stands with our students and colleagues from the AAPI community and encourages our network to Stop AAPI Hate through donating, reporting an incident or getting involved in the work. In honor of our TODOS (The Outcomes-Based Diversity Outreach Strategy) initiative, we would also like to recognize the important contributions by the AAPI community on US history and culture.

Below you will find a list of events and resources that Barcelona SAE has compiled for international educators (and beyond!) that are looking for self-education, and we will continue to update this list throughout the year. If you have an AAPI event or resource that you’d like for us to feature, please contact Christina Thompson, Director of Partnership Development & Diversity Initiatives, at christina@barcelona.com.
