St. Olaf College

If you are a St. Olaf student, please DO NOT SUBMIT THIS STANDARD APPLICATION as ALL St. Olaf students are required to apply first through the Smith Center for Global Engagement.
After you have applied for a Barcelona SAE program through St. Olaf, the Smith Center for Global Engagement will send us your application details once approved - and we will then reach back out to you so that you can continue the Barcelona SAE portion of the application process.

University of Delaware

If you are a University of Delaware student, please DO NOT SUBMIT THIS STANDARD APPLICATION as ALL University of Delaware students are required to apply first through the Center for Global Programs & Services.
After you have applied for a Barcelona SAE program through UD, the Center for Global Programs & Services will send us your application details once approved - and we will then reach back out to you so that you can continue the Barcelona SAE portion of the application process.

If you are a Gies College of Business or College of Liberal Arts & Sciences student from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, please DO NOT SUBMIT THIS STANDARD APPLICATION as you are required to apply first through Gies or LAS.
After you have applied for a Barcelona SAE program through UIUC, their office will send us your application details once approved - and we will then reach back out to you so that you can continue the Barcelona SAE portion of the application process.
If you are not applying through Geis or LAS, you are welcome to continue the standard application process below. Once you receive your initial email, please respond to confirm that you are not applying through Geis or LAS (home institution approval may be required in order to do so).

If you are a University of Miami student that is interested in the UBarcelona semester program, please DO NOT SUBMIT THIS STANDARD APPLICATION as you are required to apply through UMiami's Study Abroad Office instead of through Barcelona SAE directly. If you apply through the Study Abroad Office and are accepted to a Barcelona SAE program, UMiami will provide us with your information at a later date. You'll then receive access to the Barcelona SAE Student Portal to complete all of your forms throughout the pre-departure process.
If you are an incoming University of Miami student that is interested in the Start Abroad in Barcelona program, please DO NOT SUBMIT THIS STANDARD APPLICATION and click here for further program information. Applications for Fall 2025 will open in Spring 2025.
If you are not interested in the UBarcelona semester program or Start Abroad, you are welcome to continue the standard application process below. Once you receive your initial email, please respond to confirm that you are interested in a program outside of UBarcelona or Start Abroad (home institution approval may be required in order to do so).

If you are a Center for Global and Intercultural Study (CGIS) student at the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor, please DO NOT SUBMIT THIS STANDARD APPLICATION as you are required to apply first through the CGIS office.
After you have applied for a Barcelona SAE program through CGIS, the University of Michigan will send us your application details once approved - and we will then reach out to you so that you can continue the Barcelona SAE portion of the application process.
If you are not applying through CGIS, you are welcome to continue the standard application process below. Once you receive your initial email, please respond to confirm that you are not applying through GGIS (home institution approval may be required in order to do so).
