Marisa Suarez

Marisa (she/her and they/them) was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida and has now spent the last 2 years living in Barcelona. After interning in Bremen, Germany for six months, she realized that she wanted to continue living in and traveling throughout Europe - and that's what she's been doing ever since. She has a BA in History and Asian Studies from Northeastern University and an MA in Global History from The Free University of Berlin. She has worked in various areas of the Education sector in the U.S., Germany, and now Spain. In her spare time, Marisa loves eating spicy food, thrifting, dancing, reading, and watching basketball.
